               SUSAN MOSER

Susan Moser (born 1965) is a Danish adventurer, businesswoman, big game hunter and a world renown expert of natural stones. In her book ”Faith, Stones and Love – An adventurer’s tale” she leads us through the sailings of her life, expeditions, hunting games and professional work.

On her way through life has created one of the most outstanding personalities in Denmark. This tale can inspire other to gain courage, explore the world and test own limits. For Susan it all started when she ran away from her kindergarten. She wanted to detect the world out there.

Since then experiences have been the driving force. With her headquarter in Gilleleje, with the world’s largest shoe in marble as the trademark for her company Moser & Moser, she accepts tasks around the world for developers and architects, in favor of sustainable quality solutions. This can be explored in and on buildings like the royal residence Amalienborg, the Copenhagen Opera House, the shopping centre Fields and the Danish National Bank as well, to mention some, as buildings in the Middle East, Spain and the United States of America.

She is an active board member of Women Adventurers’ Club - Denmark. Her motto could be taken from Peter O’Toole, the Oscar-winning, Irish-British actor, Shakespeare interpreter and hellraiser: ”I have a talent for disobedience.” She also fancy this from Benjamin Franklin, one of the founding fathers of the USA: ”I am a strong believer in luck and I find the harder I work the more I have of it.” It would be a denial of her feminism if she didn’t had included this quote from Madelaine K. Albright in her portfolio: ”There is a special place in hell for women who don’t help other women.”
