Horten Lawfirm

About the project

Designed by 3xN Architects, this unique waterfront structure serves as the headquarters of Horten Law Firm, a multidisciplinary Danish law practice.

Joining traditional and contemporary design, the building’s custom-made geometric facades and paving are created from unfilled and honed Italian Travertine.

Spread over 3-dimensional elevations, the exterior cladding was carefully selected to create fluid coherence between the different levels. A honed surface completes the building’s cladding, contrasting with the dynamic, bush-hammered finish of the paving.

Moser Studio was entrusted with specifying the stones used in the construction process and working alongside the architecture firm to establish the selection requirements.
